Contest Description

Christmas or Season's Greetings Card Design Contest

Participate and win prizes by making a Christmas Greetings or Season's Greetings Card. You can participate as an individual, or as a group or the entire class - Use only single submission if you are participating in groups. The contest is as follows: Make an art work such as a painting, an illustration or a drawing with a holiday season theme. Please submit your entry to us in PDF, JPEG or PNG format. You can make the art work by using pencil, crayons, sketchpens, watercolors or any digital software. The contest is open to children around the world, anyone under the age of 13 years is eligible to participate in this contest. Please register as a student on Baalroom.com to participate in this contest. You will need to upload a signed privacy policy (this document : Privacy Policy Sheet ) from your parents or legal guardians to upload documents. You can receive help from your parents, teachers or adults in finishing the book provided you handle most of the work.

How to create account and use Baalroom

Click on Sign Up in the navigation bar on the top right corner. On the next screen, choose Student and enter your username/password and email.
An activation email would be sent to your email address. Please click on it and you will be on My Account page.
A privacy policy document is the first thing you will see on the My Account page. Please download this document, ask your parents or legal guardians to sign it. Step 2, upload the signed privacy policy document.
The privacy policy document needs to be signed and uploaded only ONCE
Each time you login, you will be in the My Account section. My Account section shows My Profile, My Schools, My Courses, My Books, My Files etc. This is where you will see all documents, text, QAs, audio, video etc. uploaded by you.

How the Contest Works

Make the art work using pencil, crayons, water colors or digitally using any software.
Take a good photo or scan your artwork - Upload the file in PDF, JPEG, PNG format with max file size of 20 MB. Max of 3 entries per account are accepted

Prize

We would contact you by email if you are the winning entry. Our jury consists of Mr. Vlado Mukoski and Ms. Angelina Spirovska. The jury will select the best works for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place; The 1st place artwork will get 100 $, 2nd place artwork will get 50 $ and 3rd place artwork will get 25 $.

Who Can Participate?

Children from anywhere in the world, age from 4 to 13.

Terms and Conditions

All the entries submitted would be available on Baalroom.com as set by Terms of Use. If you want your entry to be removed for any reason, please let us know by email at [email protected]. The name of the winning entry and the name of the winning student would be mentioned on the contest page. We would contact the winning entries by email ( The email with which your student account was created ). The prize money for winning entries would be sent by PayPal or by International Bank Draft or Bank Transfer. If you are the winner, we will contact you to verify your age and ask for additional details including address or Bank information for transferring prize money.
